Patric N. W. Turner

Patrick Turner is Managing Director of Trust Company of the West and has been responsible for making 63 investments totaling $517 in private companies. Prior to joining TCW, Mr. Turner was a Managing Partner and co-founder of Canterbury Capital Partners, and had responsibility for the firm’s mezzanine investing activities since its formation in 1996. Prior thereto, Mr. Turner was with Barclays Mezzanine for seven years, a Vice President in the leverage buyout group of Marine Midland Bank N.A. from 1984 to 1989, and an Associate with Bankers Trust Company for two years. Mr. Turner is a Director of Terrace Food Group and Omega Polymer Technologies, Inc.

李君豪 / Vincent Lee

Lee has maintained an impressive family tradition of commitment to community services by serving on a number of public boards including as an elected Director of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd, Vice Chairman of the Institute of Securities Dealers Ltd, Member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Governor and Founder of the Canadian International School of Hong Kong.

杨翎 / Eileen Yang

杨翎女士在中国、美国、英国以及荷兰工作过，拥有非常丰富的行业经验。在加入汉盛资本之前，杨翎女士通过自己的咨询公司帮助跨国公司在中国开展经营和进行并购业务。在开创她自己的公司之前，杨翎女士作为董事服务于Emerging Technology Partners,一家马里兰的风险投资公司，这之前她服务于总部位于得克萨斯休斯敦的EI Paso 能源企业集团。再之前她作为高级财务经理供职于联合利华中国。杨翎女士毕业于中国天津南开大学并且在休斯敦赖斯大学获得工商管理硕士学位。

Eileen has extensive experience in China , United States , United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Prior to joining Crimson Capital China, Eileen ran her own advisory firm assisting international companies to conduct business development and acquisitions in China. Prior to her own venture, Eileen worked as Principal at Emerging Technology Partners, a venture capital firm in Maryland and El Paso Energy Corporation in Houston, Texas, and senior financial manager at Unilever China. Eileen holds an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas and a BS in Finance from Nankai University in Tianjin.
