Our Philosophy is "Create Value – Share Reward".
We believe that it takes commitment, creativity and persistence from both investor and management to make a successful company. We are in China to build value hand-in-hand with our portfolio companies.
We care about our companies in that we assist our portfolio companies to achieve their ultimate goals and obtain maximum rewards. Our interest lies in the interest of our portfolio companies.

我们的私募基金为我们选中的企业提供“奠基石”资本。 我们初始的的投资只是第一步。 我们积极地与管理层一起实现他们短期和长期的目标并在董事会帮助引导方向。在必要或适当的时候，我们为我们的企业安排国际市场的债券或公开市场的融资。

Our private equity fund provides “cornerstone” capital for our portfolio companies to support management’s short-term and long-term goals. Our initial investment is only the first step. We play an active role at the board level, working with management to achieve their objectives and build value. We arrange international debt financing and capital markets opportunities for our companies when the opportunity is right.
